Cancellation deadlines
3 months before the event – 15% of the cost estimate is invoiced 2 months before the event – 30% of the cost estimate is invoiced 1 or < than 1 month before the event – 80% of the cost estimate is invoiced ****7 month cancellation deadline for wedding – 30% down payment – non refundable A cleaning supplement will be applied in case of important soiling of premises It is strictly forbidden to bring along drinks of any kind.

We note that the exterior and interior of Midtåsen are protected and we ask our guests to take great care of the premises. Stiletto heels are not allowed, the heel width should be wider than a 1 Kroner coin (approx. 2 cm)

Please note that the number of guests must be provided in writing no later than 1 week before the event and any changes thereafter will be charged to the customer.
